1. Introduction

 

Quizitive aims to deliver you the best pub quizzes. To help us out, these Terms and Conditions govern your purchases of our pub quizzes through this website. By buying a pub quiz, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

2. Buying a product

 

2.1 Buying: Our quizzes can be purchased online through our website. Payment details, including prices and transaction fees, will be clearly outlined during the checkout process. Once your purchase is successful, you will receive the product via email.

 

2.2. Agreement to terms & conditions: By purchasing a quiz through our website (quizitive.nl), you agree with these terms and conditions. During the checkout process, you need to agree to this.

 

2.3 Digital Product conditions: All purchases are final, and give you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right for using our digital product. Because we offer a digital product, we cannot accept returns.

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

3.1 Quiz Content:  All intellectual property and legal authorship remain with Quizitive at all times. This means you cannot share or sell your purchase to others. You are allowed to use our quiz for non-commercial events where you host a quiz for your friends and family

 

3.2 Intellectual property: Quizitive guarantees that the product we deliver to you will not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.

 

4. Liability and Disclaimer

 

4.1 Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and assume all risks with their purchase of our digital products.

 

4.2 Correspondence and delivery of the product: As soon as you complete your online payment, you will receive an automated email with a link. After you paid, you cannot cancel your purchase. The link in the email is valid for 30 days. You are responsible for providing Quizitive with the right email address. You are also responsible for making sure you can receive our products over email, by making sure your computer or phone is set up correctly, and you are not blocking our correspondence through firewalls, spam filters or virus scanners. 

 

4.3 File format: You receive your content in Powerpoint (.pptx), PDF and Word Document (.docx). You are responsible for making sure you can open these files.

 

5. Copyright and prohibited use of downloads

 

5.1 The digital products of Quizitive are subject to copyright. It is therefore not permitted to copy and/or distribute and/or commercially exploit the purchased digital products.

 

5.2 You may not create “derivative works” by modifying the downloads and then distributing or commercially exploiting them.

 

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Modification of Terms: Quizitive reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

 

6.2 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
